Rationalization of the system that broke after working for several years; the mafia.
Better known as "the mob", it's a circle of people with hesitating movements, and by hesitating we mean, of course, probably illegal. There are many mafias deployed all over the world, (mostly integrated by italian, russian, chinese or japanese people) and it is thought that they might have had many interventions in several governments of the world. Amongst their actions we could find extortion, malversation of founds, assassination, robbery, and more of the kind.
Their members are usually well known by the society, but it's unlikely for them to be arrested because the mob happens to make arregements with the police by bribing them with large amounts of money. Of course, the sources of my knowledge are movies such as The Godfather, and The Untouchables. JAJA.
